A kneading pot
An oven tray
A sautepan or a small pot
Preheat the oven to 175 °C (347 °F).
Whisk the margarine, powder sugar, egg yolk and yogurt together in the kneading bowl and mix.
Add the baking powder and vanilla extract, then add the flour little by little and knead.
Take nut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them on your palm.
Put these rolls onto the tray with greased paper on it just like on the third photo.
Make wells on the rolls by using your thumb.
Bake in the preheated oven until they turn brown. Check every 10 minutes in order to prevent the wells’ flatting. If they are flat, make new wells by using a dessert spoon.
For filling, pour the water and add the jello powder onto the sautepan or pot and stir until it is smooth.
Then add the jam and stir constantly on low heat for 5 minutes.
While the filling is still hot, pour it onto the wells on the cookies. If the filling gets harden, heat again.
