This yummy meze (or call it appetizer) will be your healthy side dish for your dinners or lunches. I used walnuts for it’s topping but you may use others like hazelnuts, almonds etc. Besides, you may try to overcook the carrots a bit if you like the smell of overcooked foods :)

    Hello Selcen,

I tried your carrot salad and oven baked zucchini today. Delicious. I also found the cheese for the pogaca but have not made it. Instead I made the zucchini and sigara börek. It is not as salty as feta so it tastes much better.

    • Hello Fran,
This is terrific news. I am glad that you find it delicious. Honestly I prefer Turkish white cheese too rather than feta like you.

      Keep in touch. Best,
