- 6 slices chicken breast (sliced thin)
- 5-6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons milk
- A pinch red pepper
- A pinch black pepper
- A pinch thyme
Skewer or shish kebab is famous worldwide. You can use these with almost every meat type and chicken is one of them and then it is chicken skewers (also called chichen shish or chicken kebab). Whishk soy sauce, olive oil, milk, red pepper, black pepper and thyme in a bowl.
Add chicken breasts to this mix and whisk again.
Put the mix in a covered strorage bowl and set aside in a fridge for 2-3 hours.
Skew chicken breasts into shishs and place them onto the payrex.
Put pyrex into oven.
Watch till they redden (e.g. for 30 minutes) and take after they cooked.
Decorate with tomatoes and cucumbers etc. if you wish.
