About Couverture Chocolate Cupcake:

I love every type of cake, but cupcakes (muffins in more special terms) are my favourite ones. Besides their shapes, their ingredients, being satisfying etc. are number #1 in my opinion. You may use anything you want for filling, like fruits, jams, chocolates or you may even not use any filling, you may bake it plain. I used couverture chocolates and when you eat you will “feel” them because of their toughness.

  1. A mixing bowl

  2. A blender

  3. A suitable cake pan

  4. A tablespoon

  5. Muffin paper cups

    Add eggs and granulated sugar into a bowl and beat by using an electric mixer for 5 minutes until it bubbles.

    Pour milk and olive oil onto the mix and mix again. Then add flour, vanilla extract and baking powder, and mix again. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 170 °C (338 °F).

    When the mix is homogeneous enough, add chocolates and mix again.

    Place muffin paper cups onto the cake pan and add 2 tablespoons of mix to each paper cup.

    Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes and they are ready to serve!
