Crepe is a kind of pancake which has French origin. Actually it can not be considered as a Turkish food, but it became a universal appetizer in the world. So, I see no drawback to give it’s recipe. We like crepes especially eating them at breakfast at weekends. It’s very very easy to prepare. Besides, you may serve it with chocolate cream, hazelnut paste or even jam or anything sweet and of course with some fruit slices. If you have some eggs, flour, milk and oil, consider it done in half an hour.
A mixing bowl
A blender or whip
A saute pan or crepe pan
Add the eggs, milk, 2 tablesoons oil and salt into a bowl.
Whisk it by using a blender or beat by using a whip while adding the flour little by little.
Pour 1 tablespoon oil onto the pan (it have to be ceramic, teflon or griddle) and wait until it heats on high heat.
After it is heated set the stove to medium heat. Then take some of the blend with ladle and pour it onto the pan. Try to make it spread equally over the pan.
When one side gets brown turn the other side and cook it too.
When both sides are completely cooked, place it on a wide serving plate. Try not to damage. Repeat the same stages for the remainig mix.
Serve by spreading chocolate on it. You may also place some fruit slices like banana, strawberry etc.
