Sujuk is one of the common and ancient foods of Turks. It has been eaten from East Europe to Central Asia. Here, is an healthful and ideal preparation of Turkish sujuk on a grill (or toaster) with a bread.
Grill or toaster
Chop some sujuk.
Place them on a gril or toaster.
Meanwhile cut the sandwich bread in half.
Grill the sujuk slices or toast them.
After 4-5 minutes, change the sides of sujuk slices.
When they completely redden, press the bread on them for a few seconds.
Place the sujuk slices into the bread. Add some salt or spices if you wish.
