- 200 grams (0.440 pounds) mild cream cheese

I think I will try all the pogaca recipes on the World. Here, this is another recipe fort this yummy pastry. The speciality of this pogaca relies on labne, known also as mild cream cheese. It adds a special flavour to pogaca and softens it. If you would like to make delicious and soft pogacas, you should try this recipe. It is very easy to prepare and you can find its ingredients on any supermarket.

Add the mild cream cheese, egg, milk, olive oil, granulated sugar and salt into a bowl and beat them by using an electric mixer for 5 minutes.
Add the flour and baking powder little by little and knead. The dough should be in a condition that it musn’t stick to your hands and should be soft.
Take egg sized pieces from the dough and roll them on your palm, then spread it equal to your palm.
Put some white cheese (feta) into the center of the spreaded dough. Then fold it and roll again.
Do the same for the remaining dough and take them to the oven tray.
Egg brush all the pogacas. You may sprinkle some sesame or dill if you wish.
Bake in the oven preheated to 175 C ° (347 F °) until they redden.
