About Mole Cake:

As far as I know, this cake belongs to German, it’s not a product of Turkish cuisine. However, I and my husband like it and we prefer it to many other desserts. There are many packages of various companies’ that allows you to easily make your mole cake, but I just wanted to make it on my own. There is no need to buy those ready-prepared mole cake packages, you can easily prepare the cake at your home. Although it takes at least two hours to prepare it, this cake is very yummy and you will definetely love it too.
