- 250 grams (0.551 pounds) mushroom
- 1 cup grated pale yellow cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- A pinch salt
These mushrooms with pale yellow cheese will be best friends of main dishes as an appetizer. My husband and my parents love it and especially I like it so much. You may serve it especially beside meat dishes at dinners.
A dessert spoon
Wash and rinse the mushrooms well. Rip apart their stalks.
Put the mushrooms onto the tray face down.
Sprinkle salt and grease their tops with butter or margarine.
Put the tray into the oven set to 200 °C (400 °F).
Roast until their tops turn pink.
Take the tray from the oven when they leave their water and add the grated pale yellow cheese.
Put the tray to the oven again and wait until the cheese melts.
