“Cookies should be soft” for my husband and I always try to make them softer. However, they are always crispy, not so soft. He loves a biscuit cookies named “Biskrem” in Turkey and asked me to make cookies like it. So, I tried to make them softer by using a filling inside just like Biskrem. This is the result. Honestly, I can not say it is soft, but the taste is nearly like Biskrem’s taste. If you have ever tasted Biskrem and loved it, you should try this recipe once you or your family wants cookies.
A kneading pot
An oven tray
Place margarine and powder sugar and knead well.
Add yogurt onto the mix. Then add baking powder and flour little by little and knead until you get a soft dough.
Take egg sized pieces from the dough and roll them on your palm. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 °C (355 °F).
Spread the rolled doughs and place some Nutella on the middle of them by using a spoon.
Close doughs up and roll. Do the same for remaining pieces and take them onto the tray with greased paper on it.
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Avoid making their top brown. Spread powder sugar when they are cool enough.
