- 3-4 medium sized leeks (chopped)
- 1-2 medium sized carrots (grated)
- 1 potato (grated)
- 8 tablespoons whey
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 5 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch salt
Since I like, I always cook leeks in very different ways especially in winters. There are many recipes based on leeks and this one of the easiest ones. It is suitable for people who like vegetables or on a diet. I am going to continue giving recipes for leeks and this is the second one if you remember.

Firstly, whisk the eggs and milk together by using an electric mixer.
Pour the oil and whip for a few times.
Add the flour, baking powder and salt, then stir.
Finally add the chopped leeks, grated carrots, grated potato and whey. Stir by using a spoon.
Grease the tray with oil and spread the mix equally.
Set the oven to 200 °C (400 °F) and roast until its top turns red.
