  • 250 grams (0.551 pounds) pasta
  • 1 cup mixing cream
  • 300 grams (0.661 pounds) feta (mashed or diced)

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • A pinch salt
  • 1 dessertspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup grated kashkaval or cheddar

About Pasta with Arugula and Feta:

I like every type of pasta, especially the ones cooked with some vegetables and yogurt. Arugula is one of my favourite greens. It is suitable for pasta because of its taste. When they are combined, pasta is yummier in my opinion. In addition, feta or white cheese will make it more delicious.

    Add the pasta into the pot and add water till its top.

    Sprinkle the salt and granulated sugar. Then boil until you see bubbles.

    Drain its water by using a sieve and take them into the pot again.

    Add the mixing cream, olive oil, feta, arugula and stir.

  5. 5

    Take the mix onto the tray and spread equally.

    Set the oven to 200 °C (400 °F) and roast.

    Finally sprinkle the grated kashkaval or cheddar and wait until they melt. Serve hot.
