- 6-7 red lettuce leaves
- 6-7 green lettuce leaves
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 100 grams (0.22 lbs) braided cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- A pinch salt
There many different kinds of cheese across the world. I am sure that every country in the world has its own cheese kinds. For example, there are almost two hundred kinds of cheese in Turkey and at least half of them are unique to our country. However, France and Holland are best known for their cheeses too. After this short “brief” abour cheese, let’s start our recipe:
A chopping board
A salad bowl
Slice the red lettuce and gree lettuce leaves equally and put them into the salad bowl.
Slice the tomatoes and cucumber, then put them into the sald bowl again.
Pour the olive oil, lemon juice and add salt. Then whisk.
Finally add the braided cheese slices to the top.
