About Soft Chocolate Sauced Cake:

Obviously, first I named this cake as “suprise cake”, but when I Googled it, I realized that it is used for cakes made for birthday parties or other surprises. So, I changed my mind and named this cake as “Soft Chocolate Sauced” traditionally. So, it would be easier to recognize. And second obvious thing is that, it is a bit difficult to make this cake, but trust me, it’s fun if you enjoy cooking like me. Finally about this cake is its being light and yummy. I recommend it if you are searching for a light and delicious cake.

  1. A mixing bowl

  2. An electric mixer

  3. An oven tray

  4. Greased paper

  5. A pot for sauce

  6. A knife

  1. 1

Add the eggs and granulated sugar into a bowl and beat by using an electric mixer. Then add the olive oil, milk and lemon zest on the mix. Finally add the flour, baking powder and vanilla extract little by little and knead. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (347 °F).

  2. 2

Take the dough onto an oven tray with greased paper on it and spread it equally on the tray. You may shake the tray to do that (tray should be square or rectangle, and it shouldn’t be much big).

  3. 3

Bake the cake in the oven until its top and bottom redden. Then take it and wait until it cools. When it is cooled enough, peel the greased paper away and cut it into small pieces like squares. You will have nearly 36 pieces.

  4. 4

Meanwhile, preapre the sauce. To do that, take the milk, butter, powder sugar and cocoa powder together into a pot and boil while stirring. Turn off the heater when it is boiled and wait for its cooling.

  5. 5

Take a fork and dip the square cake pieces into the sauce one by one. Make sure that all the sides of cake pieces dipped completely to the sauce. Then take them onto the tray.

  6. 6

Set the cakes aside in fridge for 30 minutes. After setting aside, dip all the cakes to the dried coconuts. You may store it in fridge.
