- 1 cup warm water
- 1 egg yolk
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

- 3 cups + 2 tablespoons flour
For many people, sandwiches are the best for breakfasts. As can be understood from the name, it is “fast” to eat and you can fill your stomach very fast (honestly I don’t prefer them since I am against fast food). People buy these sandwich breads frm supermarkets, and they don’t know that they can make them in their homes. However, making those sandwich breads is fun and very easy. The ones that I will give their recipe Are rolled sandwich breads.

Take flour, salt, granulated sugar and dry yeast into a pot and mix.
Pour warm water and 6 tablespoons olive oil, and knead for 5 minutes. You should get a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
Take this dough to a covered pot and set it aside in room temperature for an hour.
When it is fermented, divide the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll them.
Take all the rolls onto a tray with greased paper on it just like on the photo. Cover the tray with a moisturized towel for an hour.
After that, mix the egg yolk and 1 tablespoon olive oil together, and brush this mix onto sandwiches.
Bake them in the oven preheated to to 180 °C (356 °F) for 25 minutes until their tops and bottoms redden.
When they are warm enough, you may use cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers etc. for ingredient.
