About Turkish Semolina Delight:

If you’re following this web site, I’m sure that you’ve tasted Turkish delight or at least you know what it is. This dessert unique to Turkey is named lokum in Turkish, and we call easy, good or beautiful things as lokum gibi (like a delight). So this recipe this recipe is kind of “lokum gibi” since it is very easy :) I used hazelnuts for the topping but you may use almonds or walnuts if you like. I hope you’ll love this Turkish delight too.
